Bucks for Birdies

WIN A TRIP TO FLORIDA
Play golf with Ken and stay at the Breakers Hotel!

Join Ken in his journey through the 2009 Tour Season by supporting Bucks for Birdies. Participants in Bucks for Birdies are helping the Henderson State golf team realize construction of an indoor practice facility by making a pledge for every birdie made by Ken during competitive tour events in 2009. The minimum pledge is $.50 per birdie (eagles and double eagles will also count as a birdie for this contest). In 2008, Ken had 428 birdies meaning a $.50 pledge would result in a $214 contribution to Bucks for Birdies.

Each Bucks for Birdies participant registering before January 15, 2009, will be eligible to win a 3 day/2 night trip for 2 people to Florida to play golf with Ken and stay at the world famous Breakers Hotel. When registering, you will be asked to provide a guess of total birdies made by Ken in all 2009 PGA sanctioned events and a tiebreaker question of Ken’s total PGA Earnings for 2009. The participant guessing closest to the correct number of birdies for the year will win the trip (in the event of a tie, a random drawing will decide the winner). For those of you contemplating a mathematical guess, Ken made 428 birdies in 33 events during 2008…he is planning to play 25-30 events in 2009.

You will receive a weekly email update on Ken’s progress throughout the season and a quarterly
